Berkley Police arrested a young Latino boy at 3:30pm Tuesday afternoon in North Berkley while exiting a home.  Police were called after local neighbors saw him easily walk into the home and leave a few minutes later with new gloves.  The neighbors immediately identified him as riff-raff and contacted authorities. The
