Michiganders rejoice as December 6th marks the first day they can legally enjoy recreational marijuana. Already traditions have been spreading, especially in hockey leagues throughout metro Detroit.
Families are permitted to put up up to twelve Weedmas trees, which they make sure to decorate with pipes, bongs, and depections of Weedmas’s patron, St. Peso. On the night before Weedmas, children put pencil boxes on the mantle and leave Cheetos and Labatt Blue for Peso Claus, hoping he’ll fill the boxes with nugs and vape pens. But make sure you’re not naughty! Bad girls and boys will be left with stems and brown nugs. If you listen closely, though, you might hear Peso as he leaves Troy Ice Arena.
